I believe my 2nd great-grandmother, Elizabeth (Yearly) Kirkendall, to be buried with her husband David Kirkendall (1789-1862).  Note initials "E.D.K. on his slab".  They were the parents of my and Dan's great grandmother Maria Kirkendall Harrison.  I found some old Kiser cemetery records which were compiled in 1969 in a folder at the HCHS in Carthage last September, and I wish I could have accessed the cemetery myself to view the surname spelling.  Only on these records have I found "Kirkendall" spelled without the "r".  Probate papers and other records have the Kirkendall spelling.
I found a dozen or more additional graves listed in these records, including Maria Kirkendall Harrison's sister, Harriet Karnes.  There were also more dates for some of those already listed.  For example, the dates for Wilson and Mary Kiser was noted to have been on opposite sides of the stone.
