The marriage of M.P. Berry to Miss Lillian Blackmore of Hamilton took place at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Fredericka Blackmore in Hamilton. The Rev. Mr. Pittenger of Momence, Ill., and the Rev. Fred J. Tower of Carthage officiated. The wedding gown was of white silk chiffon, elaborately trimmed with lace. Mr. and Mrs. Berry left immediately for a southern trip of a month and expected to be at home in the new residence Mr. Berry had built on Cherry street soon.
W.W. Gillon of Warsaw, formerly of LaHarpe, was to be deputy under Circuit Clerk Ed A. Wilcox.
Miss Ellen Rice of Bowern and Ezra Jacobs of Camp Point
were married at the Shoreham hotel here Nov. 29.
