 MRS. PRIESSMAN FUNERAL RITES IN BAPTIST CHURCH

Funeral services for Mrs. William Priessman of Basco were held Tuesday afternoon,
October 9, at the baptist church in Basco, the Rev. W. P. Hunt, pastor of the Methodist church in charge. 
Mrs. Zella Hanerhoff and Miss Irva Peters sang "Rock of Ages" and "Beyond the Sunset". 
Interment was in the Basco west cemetery. 
The pallbearers were Junius Fleming, William Tharp, Arthur Damron, Albert Markillie,
Louie Fleming and Garnet Earls.

Esther Mourning, daughter of Joel and Elizabeth Mourning, was born on October 14, 1864,
on a farm northwest of Basco, and passed away at her home in Basco on Sunday evening,
October 7, at 8:35 o'clock after several years' illness.
Practically all of her life was spent in Basco and vicinity. 

She was married to William Priessman on October 1, 1994 (sic).
